IngredientsFish - 1/2 Kg
Chilli powder - 3 Teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Cooking InstructionsClean fish well (It is ideal to wash the fish in salt water) and cut into pieces or if using whole fish, gash on both sides.
In a bowl make a mixture of chilli powder, pepper, turmeric and salt adding a little oil. Coat this paste on the fish and keep it covered in a cool place for some time.
In a frying pan add oil and deep fry the fish, turning both sides to ensure even cooking.
