Curd - 2 Cup
Shallots - 5, chopped
Tomato - 1
Green chiily - 2
Dried red chilly - 2 broken into small pieces
Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 Tsp
Fenugreek seed - 1/4 Tsp
Curry leaves - 1 Sprig
Oil - 2 TBsp
Take the curd in a bowl and beat it until smooth.
Add little water to dilute it .
Heat oil in a pan.
Put the shillots pieces and green chilly and stir it.
Add tumeric powder and fenugreek seed and stir it along.
Simmer and add tomato pieces.
Add beaten curd to it after tomato ripes in flame.
After 2 minutes remove it from flame.
Serve with hot rice.
