Beef Chilli Recipe

Beef - 500 gm
Onion -2
Capsicum - 1
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Green chilli - 4
Garlic - 3
Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
Chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon Chop ginger and green chillies finely. Cook beef with ginger, green chilli, turmeric powder and salt in a pressure cooker adding 1 cup water. Then boil it until the water disappear. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, capsicum and chopped garlic till golden brown. Add pepper and cooked beef pieces and saute for 3 minutes. Add the sauces and stir for some time. Cook well stirring occassionally.
