Beef Masala Recipe

Ingredients Beef - 1/2 Kg
Chilli Powder (chuvappu mulaku) - 2 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder (malli) - Tablespoon
Shallots (kunjulli) - 10
Tomato (thakkali) - 1, medium size
Curry leaves (kariveppila) - a few
Coriander leaves (malli ela) a few
Black Pepper powder ( kurumulaku) - 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder ( manjal podi) - 1/2 Teaspoon
Ginger Paste (inji) - 1 Tablespoon ( or chopped ginger a small piece)
Garlic Paste (veluthulli) - 1 Tablespoon ( ( or fresh sliced garlic a few pods)
Meat Masala Powder - 1 Tablespoon (OPTIONAL)
Cooking InstructionsClean and cut the beef into small pieces
Marinate with turmeric powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
Roast masala powder, coraiander powder and chilli powder in very low flame for a minute and keep aside.
Heat oil in a sauce pan.
Add the shallots and saute for a minute.
Add the curry leaves and saute again for a minute
Add the beef, roasted masala powder, meat masala powder and mix well.
Stir in the chopped tomato.
Cover and cook until the meat is tender.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with chapati or parotta or rice.
