Beef - 1Kg
Onions - 2 Large
Coriander Powder - 3 Teaspoon
Chilli powder - 3 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic - 4 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Butter - 2 Tablespoon
Vinegar - 2 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Peel and chop the onions ginger and garlic.
In a blender grind the onions, ginger, and garlic and keep aside.
Grind the fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds into a fine powder and keep aside.
In a saucepan melt the butter.
Add the ground onion, ginger and garlic and saute for a minute.
Add the powdered fenugreek, cumin and mustard seeds and saute again.
Add the vinegar, chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Saute for a minute and add the beef.
Add 2 cups of water and cover and cook until the beef becomes tender.
Serve hot !!!
