Beef – ½ kg
Pepper powder- ½ table spoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Small onion -2 peeled and chopped
Green chili – 2 chopped
Red chili powder – 3 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Garam masala – 2 table spoon
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required
Cook beef in pressure cooker by adding required salt.
Grind all the ingredients from pepper powder to salt in a mixer.
Heat 2 table spoon of oil in a kadai and fry beef till golden brown and keep aside.
Add the ground paste to the fried beef and mix well.
Heat 4 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and add the marinated beef and fry in medium flame.
Fry till the beef pieces become crispy.
