Hot and Spicy Beef fry Recipe

Ingredients Beef - 500 gm
Onion(big) - 2 nos
Ginger(crushed) - 3 tsp
Garlic(crushed) - 2 tsp
Tomato(big) - 1 no
Curry leaves - 3 stem
Green Chillies - 6 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 3 1/2tsp
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 2 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 2tsp
Vinegar – 2tsp
Water – 11/2 cup
Soya sauce – 1tsp
Coconut Oil – 3tsp
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Salt - As reqd
Coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions1)Cut beef into small pieces.

2)Marinate the beef with turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, 11/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp pepper powder, crushed ginger, garlic, vinegar, salt, 4 green chillies, 2 stem curry leaves, 1 chopped onion, chopped tomato.

3) Keep it aside for 2hrs.

4) Cook the beef with water in a vessel in the medium flame. (Not use pressure cooker)

5) When it is cooked, Heat 3 tbsp of coconut oil in a kadai or a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and fry the onions, remaining ginger, garlic and green chillies and curry leaves.

6) When it becomes brown add remaining pepper powder and garam masala powder.

7) Add cooked beef and soya sauce, mix it well and fry it. Don’t burn it.

8) Garnish with coriander leaves

- Serve hot with rice and moru katchiyathu
