Beef - 1/2 Kg
Chopped Onions - 1 Cup
Turmeric - a pinch
Curry leaves - a few leaves
Sliced Ginger - 2 TBsp
Garlic - 5 Cloves
Green Chilli - 5
Black ground pepper - 2 Tsp ( Add more pepper to make it more spicy)
Oil - 4 TBsp
Salt as per taste
Cook the beef adding turmeric powder, salt and water in a large sauce pan or pressure cook it.
Remove it from flame when the beef is almost cooked and let it cool.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the chopped onions, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, and sliced green chilli.
Saute in low flame until the onions turn yellow.
Add the beef along with the excess water in it.
Add the pepper and cook in high flame until it becomes dry.
Add some chopped onions on top and serve with parotta, chapathi or ricePhotos (Click to enlarge) :
