Aval -1cup (wash drain and set aside)
green chilles-1-2 nos sliced
potatoes sliced- 1nos
turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
mustard seeds-1tsp
salt- to taste
sugar-1 tsp
coriander leaves- to garnish
1. Mix salt and sugar with aval and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2. Take oil in a pan. Crackle mustard seeds, then add greenchillies. once its fried add potatoes, turmeric powder and add little water (just little) and close the lid and let it cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
3. Once the potatoes are cooked add aval and mix. sprinkle little water and close the lid and let it cook for 1 more minute.
4. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot.
