Aval -1 cup
green chilles-1-2 nos sliced
potatoes sliced- 1nos
turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
salt- to taste
coriander leaves- to garnish
Wash and drain the aval then mix salt and sugar and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Take oil in a pan. Crackle mustard seeds, then add green chillies.
Once its fried add potatoes, turmeric powder and add little water
Close the lid and cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
Once the potatoes are cooked add aval and mix.
Sprinkle little water and close the lid and let it cook for one more minute.
Decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot.
