Dosa rice – 2 cup
Avalakki (Avil / Poha / Flaked Rice) – 3/4 cup
Curd - 3/4 cup
Soda – a pinch
Salt – to taste
Wash rice and avalakki together.
Add curd into it mix well and keep aside for 10 min.
After 10 min add 1 cup water to it and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
Then grind it to a smooth batter by adding salt.
Next day add soda powder and make dosas on a dosa pan.
Serve with coconut chutney.
