Carrot – 2
Egg – 5
Sugar – 2 table spoon
Milk powder – 2 tea spoon
Cardamom Powder – ½ tea spoon
Peel the skin of the carrot and cut into small pieces.
Boil some water and cook the carrots in it for a while.
Drain the water and leave it to cool.
Grind cooked carrot in mixer grinder alone with egg, sugar and cardamom powder.
Heat a pan and pour the mix into it, cover the pan with a lid and cook in low flame for about 15-20 minutes.
Transfer it to a plate and cut into pieces.
Optionally you can garnish the pola with cashew and raisins fried in ghee while it cooks.
