Maida : 2 Cup
Egg : 1 No.
Cardamom Powder : 1 Tea spoon
Salt to taste
Sugar as per taste
Mix maida and salt.
Beat the egg in a mixer for 10 seconds.
Pour beaten egg into the flour.
Add sufficient amount of water till the dough become a loose batter.
Add cardamom powder.
Pour the batter into a mixer and blend it for 1min.
Spread one spoon of this mixture into a hot non stick pan(like south Indian dosa).
When the upper side is cooked spread 1 teaspoon dalda or butter or ghee on it.
Sprinkle sufficient sugar also.
Roll or fold it and place it in a plate.
Prepare the rest of batter in the same way.
Palada is ready and serve hot.
