IngredientsChapati flour (Wheat flour) - 3 Cups
A pinch of salt to taste
Oil to fry and to roll out the dough
Cooking InstructionsPreparing the dough...
Take the flour in a large bowl and slowly add about 1 cup warm water to the flour.
Mix the flour and water well using your hands and knead until the dough is smooth.
Cover the the dough with a wet towel so that the dough does not gets too dry. Leave for 1-2 hours.

Rolling out...
Knead again a little and make lemon size small balls of the dough.
Spread some oil on a chapati board and roll the dough balls in to thin 5 inch circles.

Frying the Puris...
Heat oil in a wok or kadai.
When the oil is hot add the puris one by one and fry turning both sides.
Drain the extra oil on the top of the puris and serve hot with potata or chana masala or any other vegetable curry.
