Ragi Flour – 1 cup
Wheat Flour – ½ cup
Rice flour – 2 table spoon
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Green chili – 1 finely chopped (optional)
Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon finely chopped
Salt – to taste
Oil - a little
Make a batter of ragi flour, wheat flour and rice powder together in a bowl by adding water.
Add chopped onion, coriander leaves and green chilli to it and adjust the salt.
Heat a pan pour dosa batter in to it, cover with a lid cook in low flame.
Pour a tea spoon of oil on the sides of the dosa so that it will become crispier.
Cook on both sides and serve hot with tomato chutney.
