Scrambled Egg with Bread Recipe

Eggs- 4
Onions-2
Tomatoes-1
Capsicum-1
Bread-2 Slices (Cut into cubes)
Turmeric powder-1/2 Tsp
Salt-to taste
Coriander leaves-3 Tbsp (Chopped)
Oil-3-4 Tbsp
Cut the onions, tomatoes, capsicum into small pieces and keep it aside. Take a frying pan and heat 3-4 tbsp of oil. First add onions and fry it till golden brown. Then add tomatoes and capsicum and fry it on a low flame till they are soft. Add the turmeric powder, bread cubes and add the eggs one by one on the ingredients. On a low flame mix all the ingridients and add salt according to one's taste. Cover it with a lid and cook for
3-4mins. Off the stove and top it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve this on a plate with a smile.
