Cauliflower - 250 Grams
Egg - 2 Nos.
Onion - 1 Big
Green Chilli - 2 Nos.
Tomato - 1 Small
Ginger - Small Pc.
Garlic - 2 Pcs.
Chilli powder - 1/2 Tea spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tea spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 Full Spoon
Garam Masala - 1/4 Spoon
Curry leaf - 1 Strip
Salt to taste.
Boil eggs and keep aside.
Take one pan and heat 2 spoons of oil.
Fry onion, Ginger, Garlic and tomato one by one and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, Chilly powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
Fry for 1 minutes and add cauliflower, curry leaves and salt.
Cook 3 minutes till cauliflower becomes soft.
Add boiled eggs and close the pan for few minutes and serve hot.
