Chicken - 1 kg
Onion - 2
Tomatoes - 1
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 7 pods
Green chilli - 4
Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon - 2 pieces
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Pepper (whole) - 3/4 tablespoon
Kasmiri chilli powder- 2 tablespoon
Salte - to taste
Cut the chicken it into small pieces amd marinate with kashmiri chilli powder and salt and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Chop onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic into small pieces.
Take a pan and heat some coconut oil. Then add onions, coriander seeds, garlic, ginger, green chillies, cloves, cinnamon, fennel seeds and pepper.
Sauté well till the onion becomes light brown and remove from flame.
Grind this sautéed mixture to a fine paste and keep aside.
Now heat a kadai and add the chicken and tomatoes in it.
Sauté for five minutes and add the paste and stir well.
Cover the kadai and cook until the chicken is cooked well.
Serve hot with rice, rotis or chapatis.
