Chicken Sausage Roast Recipe

Ingredients Chicken sausage - 5 medium size finger shapped
Onion - 3 nos
Green chilli - 4nos
Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cooking InstructionsCut the sausage into small cubes and marinate with pepper,soya sauce and salt.Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Heat oil and fry the sausage. In the same oil add chopped onions and green chillies. When it turns golden brown,add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and pepper powder. Saute till oil seperates. Now add water according to the desired consistency. When it gets boil add tomato sauce and soya sauce. Then add the fried sausage into it. Now add salt to taste. Serve hot with bread or chapathi.
