Coconut Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients Chicken - 1 Kg
Onion - 3
Tomato - 2
Curd - to marinate
Small Onions - 6 pcs
Garlic - 6 pcs
Ginger - small piece
Coconut - half cup
Fennel powder(Perumgeerakam) - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - to marinate
Coriander seeds - 2 tablespoon
Chilli long - 7pcs
salt - to taste
Cooking InstructionsCut the chicken into small pieces
Put some salt , curd and turmeric marinate.
Take a pan put some oil and fry coconut, ginger, garlic, corander seeds, chilli, fennel powder and small oniions, till the coconut becomes light brown then grind it to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
In another pan sautÚ the sliced onions and tomatoes.
When the onion is sautÚd well add the marinated chicken and stir.
After sometime put the grinded coconut and mix well, add some salt to taste, once the chicken is ready serve hot with rice, chapati and roti
