Easy Egg Masala Recipe

1. Egg - 4
2. Onion - 3, finely chopped
3. Tomato - 1, finely chopped
4. Green chili - 2
5. Chili powder – 1 tsp
6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
7. Salt - to taste
8. Water - 1 cup
9. Curry leaves – a few
10. Oil – 2 Tbsp
1. Boil the egg and slice it in half. Keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion in it till it turns light brown in colour.
3. Then add the tomato, green chili and stir it well on medium flame.
4. Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, water and curry leaf to it and mix all the ingredients in medium flame by stirring continuously.
5. Heat it for 5 to 10mins.
6. Take it from flame and add the sliced eggs to it and lightly stir it once.
7. Serve it hot.
