Kaada Roast Recipe

Ingredients Kaada- 1/2 kg
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Ground pepper - 1 tsp
Onion- 1
Tomato- 150gm
Red chilli powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/2tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- a few
Cooking InstructionsWash and cut the kaada. Marinate with ginger paste, garlic paste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt and pepper and keep aside for 1 hour. Fry the kaada lightly in oil. Next heat oil and saute onion until brown. Add remaining spices, curry leaves and chopped tomatoes. Add the fried kaada pieces. Finally add a cup of hot water and salt as required. Cook till kaada is tender.
Serve piping hot.
