Kariveppila Chicken Recipe

Ingredients Chicken - 1 kilo
Curry leaves (kariveppila) - 250 gms
Red chilli - 2 tablespoon
Pepper powder - 2 tablespoon
Onion chopped - 200 gms
Tomato - 4
Coconut milk - 1 glass
Ginger garlic paste - 150 gm
turmeric powder - 2 tablespoon
Jeera powder -1/4 tablespoon
Garam masala - 2 tablespoon
Oil - As per needed
salt - As per needed
Cooking InstructionsPour oil in a frying pan. Then add curry leaves. Stir well for sometime. Then keep it aside. In the same pan add chopped onion. Fry until it becomes brown in colour. Again keep it aside. Then add ginger garlic paste, red chilli, pepper powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder in the same pan. Heat should be minimum. Mix all these well. Then add coconut milk, tomato, chicken, garam masala, salt together. Mix well for sometime around 5 minutes. Then add curry leaves and fried onion which already being kept aside. Mix everything and stir well. Pan should be closed for sometime until the chicken is ready.
Ready to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
