Kerala Egg Roast Recipe

Ingredients Eggs - 3
Onions - 2 big size
Ginger - a very small piece
Garlic - 3 pods
Green chilli - 2
Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
Tomato - 1
Cardamom -3
Cinnamon - a small stick
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 3
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Oil - 3 Tablespoon
Cooking InstructionsBoil the egss and remove the shell and keep aside.
Grind together cinnamon, cardamom, fennel seeds and cloves and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and spluter the mustard seeds.
Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and salt as per taste, saute until the onions turn golden brown.
Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander, pepper, green chilli and saute for a minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and saute again for few minutes until the tomatoes are cooked.
Add the ground spices prepared earlier.
Add the boiled egg and mix it with the masala.
Serve with appam.
