Mushroom Egg Burji Recipe

Ingredients Mushroom - 500 gm
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Egg - 2
0il - As per needed
Salt - As per needed
Cooking InstructionsPour oil in a frying pan. Add cleaned sliced mushrooms and stir well for sometime. Then add green chilli and salt in the same. Stir well until they are well cooked. Then add scrambled egg and chopped onion. Mix everything thoroughly for a few minutes. Ready to eat!!!!!!

The dish can be served with chappathi or as a side dish to rice.
