Pepper Chicken Recipe

Ingredients Chicken - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1 big
Ginger (chopped) - 2 tsp
Garlic (chopped) - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 4
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking InstructionsSaute chopped onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic in oil till onions start to turn brown. Add curry leaves, garam masala and coriander powder. Saute for some time and add pepper powder. Add chicken pieces, mix well and cook with closed lid. If required (normally water will come from chicken), add a little water in between to prevent masala sticking to bottom of the pan. Cook well and serve with chappathi, ghee rice etc.
