500g boneless Chicken
1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Black pepper powder
4 TBsp Soy sauce
1 TBsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 TBsp Vegetable oil
2 cups Sliced onion
1/2 cup Sliced capsicum
8 Green chillies slit
3 TBsp Corn flour
1 egg
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt to taste
Oil for frying chicken
Cut chicken to bite size pieces. Take a large bowl and crack the egg into it. Beat well using a fork. Mix in 2 tblsp corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper powder, 2 tbsp soya sauce, salt and 3 tbsp water. Mix everything well and marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for about 2 hours. Lightly fry the chicken pieces. Transfer the chicken pieces to paper towels for the oil to get absorbed.
Heat oil (Same oil used for frying chicken). Add the sliced onions, green chillies and capsicum and fry till they are slightly browned. Once the onions are browned, add the fried chicken. Stir for a minute.
Meanwhile take half cup of water. Add the remaining corn flour and stir well till the corn flour is dissolved in the water. Pour the corn flour mixture and the remaining soya sauce over the chicken pieces. Stir gently and cook until the chicken is well cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
