Chicken - 1/2 kg
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Vinegar or lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Wash the chicken, remove the skin and cut into pieces (suitable size for frying). Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon juice (or vinegar). Keep aside for one hour. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry. Serve hot.
