1 Cup of Yoghurt
1 Cup of Water
1 Tsp Salt (as per taste)
1/2 Cup crushed ice
Mint Leaves to Garnish (Pudina Leaves)
Chopped Fresh ginger (Optional)
Cumin seeds or Powder (Optional)
Take the yoghurt, water and salt in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. You could also add the optional ingredients as per your taste.
Take some crushed ice on a glass and pour in the blended yoghurt.
Garnish with a mint leaf on top.
