Kuskus fruit milk Recipe

Ingredients Milk -500ml
Condensed milk (milkmaid) - 200g
Vermicelli-10g
Dried fruits or raisins - 125 g
Pure desi ghee -25ml
(I use 1/2 packet of tooty fruity raisins and R.K.G ghee)
Greengrapes-50g
Apple-1
Kuskus-1tablespoon
Sugar- 100g
Cashewnut -10g
Anar-1
Vanila essense - few drops
Cooking InstructionsSoak kuskus into water
Add the sugar into milk and it boil it.
Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence into boiled milk.
Cut the fruits into small piece and keep in the fridge.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry raisins, cashew and vermicelli.
Add this to the milk mixture.
Cool the milk and add kuskus and fruits.
Add some ice cubes and serve.
