Easy Beetroot pachadi Recipe

Ingredients Beet root - 1
curd - 1 cup
Green chilly - 2
Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Red chilly - 2
Salt - to taste
oil - as needed
Cooking Instructions(1)Cut the beetroot in small piece and add some water green chilly and salt and boil until beetroots are cooked.
(2) Remove the fire and add curd in the boiled beetroot .
(3) Take a pan and add some oil then add mustard and red chilly, Then add the beetroot curd mix
