Easy fish curry Recipe

Ingredients Fish (any) - 1/2 kilo
Tomato -2
Small onions (Shallots) - 5
Green chilli - 2 or 3
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Curry leaves -3 sprigs
Ginger -1 inch
Coconut oil - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 2 pods
Tamarind (valan puli ) vellam
Water - half cup
Cooking Instructions1. Take a vessel add tomato, onion ginger, green chilli, all powders, curry leaves and water. Mix well and bring to boil .
2. Then add fish and cook .
3. Add water as per the requirements and add tamarind water and cook till the water reduce .
4 . Last add garlic and remove from flame and pour oil and mix .
Serve it with rice or rotti .
