Easy Tomato Coconut Milk Curry Recipe

Ingredients Tomato - 2
Green Chillies - 5 (or according to your tolerable level of spiciness)
Onion - 1
Curry leaves - 4
Coconut Milk - 3/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Salt - to taste
Cooking InstructionsChop the onions, green chillies and tomatoes finely. Heat oil in a pana nd saute the onions for about 3 minutes. Add the green chillies and tomatoes and saute for another 3 minutes. Add the curry leaves and salt. Add water and mix well. Lower the flame and pour in the coconut milk. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
