Eggs - 3
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1/2
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala (optional) - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder (optional)- 1/2 Tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Chop the onion and tomatoes finely.
Heat oil in a pan and add onions.
Saute well in medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder and the other optional spices. Add salt. Saute well.
Cover and cook for about 3 mins.
Beat the eggs well in a bowl.
Add salt if needed (because you have already added salt to the burji mix in the pan, be careful about the amount of salt).
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble well. Cover and cook for another 3 mins. Serve hot with bread or roti.
