Raw rice -2 cups
Par boiled rice-2 cups
Urad dhal -1cup
Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 teaspoon
Take the above dry ingredients in a bowl and wash it thoroughly and strain the water.
After that procedure dry it in direct sunlight till it becomes crispy. Now grind it in the rice mill (not very smooth) a very little coarsly.
Now store it in an airtight container.
When needed take a cup of the dry powder, add salt, and water and bring it dosa batter consistency. Let it stay for 8 hours.
Then you can make dosas as usual.
1. Here you need not grind it in the usual grinder.
2. If u want dosas in the morning bachelors can soak it overnight.
Tastes good and healthy also.
