Potato curry Recipe

Ingredients 3 Potato
2 tomato
4 curry leaves
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder,
1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder or fresh,
1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon yellow or black mustard
1/2 Table spoon oil (any oil, which ever you like)
Salt to taste
Cooking InstructionsPeel the potato and cut into small size cube.
Make a paste or puree the tomato and onion with red chilli in a mixer blender.
Now heat oil in pressure cooker and splutter the mustard seeds.
Then add all the remainding ingredients, the puree and potato with salt as per your taste.
Wait for two whistle and then turn off the heat.
Your potato curry is ready now!!

@ARCH: your comment doesn't help either! It's meant for bachelors who are probably living away from home for the first time. The recipe is called Potato "Curry", not subzi, so how can you say 'dry'? Nothing is 'understood'... you should have let the author of the recipe answer instead of showing off your '30-times-experienced' skills!Left by: omni (21 Oct 2012)

omni its understand that ,if you need juice add water or tomato, if u need dry thats enough thank you for your recipe raaju add more recipe from U I TRIED THIS RECIPY MORE THAN 30 TIMES Left by: ARCH (18 Oct 2012)

This is supposed to be a recipe for bachelors? We are inexperienced! You should at least mention whether to add water or not. It is a very confusing recipe. Will it be dry? Or only the juice of 2 tomatoes is enough??Left by: omni (17 Oct 2012)
