Kovaykka (Evy gourd) - 15 nos
Chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt as per ur taste
Few curry leaves
Oil - 3 teaspoon
Wash and chop the Evy gourds into thin rounds.
Marinate it with salt curryleaves and chilly powder.
Pour oil into a hot pan and add the evy rounds .
Fry it by stirring every 2 - 4 minutes.
