Raw rice flour (grind it directly in the mixer) -1 cup
Rava - 3/4 cup
Instant Dosa batter Mix - 1 Tbsp
Pepper corns - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - for taste
Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
Combine rice flour, rava, dosa batter and water together with salt and the rest of the ingredients.
It should be a little bit watery. Let it stand for 10 minutes
Heat a tawa. Pour the batter starting from the end of the tawa in a circular motion. It should be thin.
Now add ghee or oil of your choice. With a dosa laddle turn and cook both sides till roasted.
This rawa dosa is easy to prepare and tasty. Normaly rawa dosas never come off the tawa,or comes out deformed.
