Simple Omelette Recipe

Ingredients Egg - 1
Green chillies - 2
Small onions (Kunjulli) - 4
Curry leaves - 3
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Cooking InstructionsChop the green chillies and small onions finely. Break one egg and beat it well. Add the chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Mix and beat well. Smear a flat pan with oil and heat it. When the pan is hot enough pour the egg mix in to it. Rotate the pan so that the egg spreads evenly on all sides. Cook in medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Turn the side. Wait for few minutes and remove from pan into a plate. Serve hot.
