IngredientsFish-250kg
Garlic-2to 4 flakes
Ginger -a small piece
Cardamom-1
Cinnamon-a small piece
Clove-1
Onion-1
Tomato sauce-2 tablespoon
chili powder-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon-
Tamarind water- 1/4 cup
Salt as required
Coriander leaves
Oil-2 tablespoon
Cooking InstructionsGrind the onion, garlic, ginger, clove, cinnamon,and cardamom. Take oil in the pan and fry the ground masala till the raw taste of onion is changed. Add turmeric powder and chili powder and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the tamerind water , tomato sauce and salt and let it boil for some time. Then add the fish pieces and cook till the gravy is thick. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.Photos (Click to enlarge) :
