Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Pepper powder ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Onion 3 finely chopped
Green chili 2
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Thick coconut milk 1 cup
Lime juice 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tablespoon
Clean the fish and marinate with salt, pepper and turmeric powder for 15 minutes.
Heat three table spoon of oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish.
To the same oil add mustard seeds and let it splutter, then add onion and fry till golden brown.
Add green chili, capsicum and red chili powder and sauté well.
Add the fried fish and coconut milk adjust the salt and cook on low flame.
When the fish is done add lime juice and curry leaves.
