Bitterguard (medium size) - 2
Coconut pieces - 1/2 inch size(15-20 pieces)
Onion - 2 medium size, sliced thin
Green chilly - 2 (Sliced)
Chilly powder - 1/4 table spoon
salt to taste
Kudampuli (kokum) - 2 nos (clean and cut to small piece)
Curry leaves - as required
Oil - for cooking
Mustard seed - as per required
In a pan pour some oil and split mustard seeds and after that put curry leaves then coconut piece.
Then add sliced onion, green chilly, bitter guard and salt.
Close it with a lid and after 2 - 3 minutes stir to mix everything
Add 1/4 spoon of chilly powder and put the kokum too and keep it closed, if required splash some water and keep it closed,
Once properly cooked serve hot with rice
