Prawn -300gm, cleaned
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Chili powder - 1 ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Curry leaves – a few
Mustard - 1 pinch
Green chili - 3, finely chopped
Garlic - 5 pods, finely chopped
Ginger - ½ inch piece, finely chopped
Vinegar - ¼ cup
Marinate the prawn in turmeric powder, chili powder and salt for 15 min.
Fry the marinated prawns in oil and keep aside.
Add curry leaves and mustard in the same oil and then sauté the chopped green chili, garlic and ginger.
Add the fried prawn and vinegar to it and heat it for some time.
Take it from flame and let it cool. Convert it to an air tight bottle and serve when required.
