Prawns Coconut Onion Masala Recipe

Ingredients Prawns - 1/2 kilo
Coconut grated - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1
Tamarind - 1 piece
Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tablespoo
Water - 1 glass
Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Curry leaves
Salt - As per requirement
Cooking InstructionsMix prawns along with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and tamarind water in a pan. Start heating. Heat should be in medium.Stir well for sometime. Close the pan with a lid until prawns are cooked properly. Remove the lid and then add grated coconut and chopped onion together. Cook till the water gets almost dry. Take out from heat and keep it aside.

Heat oil in another pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves. Saute for about a minute. Add this to the prepared dish.
Mix everything. Ready to serve!!!!!!!!!!!

Since its slightly gravy could be served with chappathi as well as a side dish to rice..
