Unakka Chemmeen Varattiyathu Recipe

Ingredients Unakka chemmeen - 200gm(1 small pack)
Kudam puli - 1 piece
Onion sliced - 1 big
Red chill powder - 1 table spoon
Coconut - 1 tablespoon
Garlic chopped - 10 pieces
Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Water - 1cup
Cooking InstructionsMix kudam puli, onion, chilli, garlic, water, salt together. Bring to boil, then cook in medium flame for at least 15 minutes. When it is cooked well, add chemmeen and coconut oil. Cook for another 5 minutes. After all dried well remove from heat.
mmmmmm.....delicious chemmeen varattiyathu ready..If you need, add some coriander leaves to garnish.
