Any white fish(boneless) - 100g
Sweet potato - 100g
Carrot - 100g
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Grated cheese - 1 Tbsp
Wash peel and cube the vegetables.
Melt butter in a pan and add the sliced tomatoes. Saute well.
When the tomatoes soften, add the cubed sweet potatoes, carrots and fish.
Add just enough water to cover and bring to boil.
Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer for ten minutes.
Add the grated cheese. Remove from heat and leave it to cool.
Puree this in a blender.
Note: The quantities mentioned here are for guidelines only. You may adjust them according to your babies taste.
