Creamy Potato Mash Recipe

Ingredients Potatoes - 2
Water - 2 cups
Butter - 2 Tbsp
Double Cream - 3 Tbsp
Salt, Pepper - to taste
Cooking InstructionsWash the potatoes well, remove skin and cut into 4 quarters. In a pan take 2 cups of cold water and add in the potatoes. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Its better to start with cold water because potatoes will cook more evenly. Drain and keep aside for about 5 minutes for them to dry up. Put into a sutable vessel and mash well. Now add in the butter and mix well. Now add the double cream and again mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
