Ingredients

Boiled Milk - 2 covers (milma)
Plantain - 8 Rasakadali or 4 Morris (sliced in small pieces)
Sugar - 5-6 Tbsp (according to sweetness required)
Bournvita/Complan/Horlicks (chocolate flavour) - 2 tbsp
Cashew nut - 8-10( chopped to pieces)
Cherries - to garnish

Cooking Instructions

Beat the ingredients well in a juicer mixer till it turns to a thick liquid form. It should not turn watery at the same time, the banana pieces should be blended thoroughly. Serve chilled/hot. Garnish with cherries. Serves 6.

PS: Good choice for people with sore throat as it can be consumed hot also.
