Mutton – 250 gm
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Egg – 2 ( take only the white)
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Pepper powder – 2 table spoon
Corn flour - ½ tea spoon
Oil – to fry
Clean and cut the mutton into small pieces.
Cook the mutton in a pressure cooker by adding ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder, corn flour and just enough water.
When you open the pressure cooker if some water still remains, then cook some more time with the lid open until dry.
Heat oil in a kadai, Dip the cooked mutton first in egg white then in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
NOTE : You can prepare this dish with beef also.
