Egg Kebab Recipe

Boiled egg - 3
Raw Egg - 1
Minced Lamb - 250 gm.
Bread - 3 pieces
Green chili - 2
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Coriander leaves - ½ cup chopped
Cinnamon - 1
Cloves - 2
Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon
Red chili powder - ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ tea spoon
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Cook minced lamb meat with coriander, red chilli, turmeric powder and salt.
Grind this cooked meat with cloves, cinnamon, ginger, coriander leaves and green chili.
Cut the sides of the bread slices and mix with grinded meat paste.
Add one beaten egg to it and mix well.
Make six balls from this mix.
Remove the skin of each boiled egg and cut into two halves making six halves altogether.
Make the meat balls into the shape of a bowl by pressing each meat balls gently with a hand in another hand. Place an egg piece in the centre of each ball and cover it with meat mix.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry each of these egg kebabs in it till it turns golden brown.
Remove from heat and cut each kebab into two pieces. Serve with tasty dips.
